2. Use of Our Services

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchase Terms

Purchasing an eSIM plan constitutes entering and agreement with Only eSIM where you agree to pay the plan and all applicable fees. Upon receipt of the eSIM plan, you are responsible for the eSIM and acknowledge that you have an unlocked device that is compatible with eSIMs.

Payment Methods

Only eSIM accepts payments via major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and other payment methods as specified on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

Transaction Records

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. Only eSIM is not responsible for any unauthorized charges to your credit card by a third party in connection with your use of our Services.

5. eSIM Usage

Activation and Compatibility

Our eSIM services provide data connectivity across various regions and countries. The terms of usage, including data limits and duration, will be specified in the respective plan details at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with our eSIM services and to follow the instructions provided for activation.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the eSIM services, including but not limited to using the services for unlawful activities, reselling the services without authorization, or exceeding usage limits. Only eSIM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services if any misuse is detected.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy

You may cancel your eSIM plan before activation for a full refund. Once activated, cancellations are not typically eligible for refunds. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a proven inability to use the service due to technical issues, Only eSIM may offer a prorated refund at its discretion.
