Can't Log In? How to Access Your Only eSIM Account
Passwordless Login -- No Password Needed
Only eSIM uses passwordless authentication. That means there's no password to remember, forget, or reset. You can sign in with your Google account or with a one-time email verification code. It's simpler and more secure.
If you're having trouble getting in, the fixes below will cover the most common issues.
How to Sign In
There are two ways to sign in to your Only eSIM account:
Option 1: Google Sign-In
- Go to onlyesim.com and click Sign In
- Click Continue with Google
- Select your Google account in the popup window (or sign in to Google if prompted)
- You're in -- no password or code required
Option 2: Email OTP
- Go to onlyesim.com and click Sign In
- Enter your email address and click continue
- Check your inbox for an email from Only eSIM containing a one-time verification code
- Enter the code on the sign-in page
- You're in -- no password required
Important: Use the same email address (or the same Google account) that you used when you made your purchase. Your orders are tied to your email address, so signing in with a different one will show an empty account.
Common Login Issues and Fixes
OTP code not arriving
If you're not receiving the one-time code in your email:
- Check your spam or junk folder -- email filters sometimes catch automated messages
- Wait 1 to 2 minutes -- delivery can occasionally be delayed
- Verify the email address -- make sure there are no typos and that you're using the same email you purchased with
- Request a new code -- go back and try again. Each new code replaces the previous one
- Check if your email provider is blocking it -- corporate or school email accounts sometimes block automated emails. Try using a personal email if this is the case
Google Sign-In not working
If clicking Continue with Google isn't working:
- Try a different browser -- some browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools) can block the Google OAuth popup
- Clear your browser cache and cookies -- stale session data can interfere with the sign-in flow
- Make sure you're selecting the right Google account -- if you have multiple Google accounts, choose the one whose email address matches your Only eSIM purchase
- Disable pop-up blockers temporarily -- the Google sign-in opens in a popup window that may be blocked
- Try using email OTP instead -- if Google Sign-In continues to give you trouble, enter your email address manually and use the one-time verification code as a fallback
"Account not found" or empty dashboard
If you can sign in but don't see your orders:
- You may have used a different email at checkout -- search your email inbox for "Only eSIM" to find your order confirmation. The email it was sent to is the one linked to your account.
- Try signing in with that email -- enter the exact email address from your purchase confirmation
- Check both inbox and spam -- your confirmation email may have ended up in your junk folder
Tips for Smooth Access
- Use the same email consistently -- always sign in with the email you used at checkout
- Bookmark the sign-in page so you always start from the right place
- Check the email on your order confirmation if you're ever unsure which address is linked to your account
